The purpose of this work is to develop a method for determining the fatigue state of technical systems operators employed in the agro-industrial complex. At the present stage of scientific development, production automation is taking place, which has a positive impact on improving the safety of human production activities. However, the operator of technical systems is exposed to psychological factors, which is primarily due to the huge amount of information received, as well as the need to make objective and correct decisions when changing the operational and technological parameters of the technical system. In these conditions, the work of the operator of technical systems is characterized by an increased psychological load on the central nervous system. As a result, the operator can make mistakes in his production activities, which can lead to disruption of the functioning of the technical system in the form of accidents, failures, etc. and therefore, to getting injury. One of the results of increased psychological stress is fatigue. Based on this, the development of a method for determining the degree of fatigue, as a factor that allows to increase the injury safety of the technological process, is relevant. As a result of the research, changes in the operability of technical systems operators during the work shift were studied. The obtained data indicates that the operator's performance during the shift goes through 6 phases, from maximum performance (at the beginning of the shift) to accelerated reduction of performance under the influence of fatigue turning into fatigue (at the end of the shift). An approximated efficiency curve is constructed using a linear equation of the first degree with a correlation degree equal to 0,66. Based on the activity of PLBAT, a correlation was established between the level of biopotential and the state of employee fatigue. Based on the results obtained, a method for determining the employee's fatigue state is proposed. The proposed method can be used to determine the degree of fatigue not only for operators of technical systems, but also for workers performing types of work that require high concentration of attention.
