Monitoring of the infrastructure for the formation of a competitive environment in the market of services for the collection and transportation of solid municipal waste in Altai krai

In the article, the article presents the results of monitoring the market for services for the collection and transportation of municipal solid waste in the Altai Territory, provides the legislative framework for the activities of regional operators for the treatment of municipal solid waste, and indicates the zones of fixing operators in the region. An action plan for the development of a competitive environment in the municipal solid waste market is presented, the share of private ownership in this market and the total number of enterprises operating in this direction are indicated. The data of a survey of the population on the quality of services provided are given, which made it possible to identify both positive and negative aspects of their provision, which in the future will allow for adjustments in the work of regional operators.
