Monitoring the efficiency of digitalization of public services: innovative management technologies

The article is devoted to the study of the effectiveness of digitalization of public services as a tool of public administration. The purpose of the study is to develop recommendations for assessing the digitalization of public administration, especially in the context of "electronic government". At the initial stages of the formation and dissemination of the concept, international organizations developed indicators for measuring and assessing the effectiveness and efficiency of digitalization efforts, primarily based on the components of "electronic government" and "open government". In the process of studying the topic of the effectiveness of digitalization of public services as a tool of public administration, scientific works of both foreign and domestic researchers on the topic of the study were covered.
