The monitoring system issues in the process of forecasting the regional economy recruitment needs are considered in the article. Creation of the multidimensional information database can increase the efficiency of the regional monitoring system by means of providing the dependency between the current demand factors and investment demand factors for the specialists on the part of the regional economy, labor market offer and professional education system possibilities.
