The article provides the content analysis of foreign and Russian psychological scientific works on the problems of personal development, modern requirements for students' and teachers' personal development that exist in the educational system. The application of the suggested methods in an educational institution allows standardizing diagnostic practices. It enables the administration to set up particular tasks for teachers and psychologist in order to conduct a diagnostic survey of students and teachers and also to get comparable results, providing the real monitoring of personal development of the educational process subjects.
