In article the data on avifauna monitoring in transboundary grounds of Russia and Kazakhstan in territory of Western Siberia is cited. Results of the routing account of birds on transect Tyumen - Astana are de-scribed, the data about transformation of specific structure and abundance of birds (especially within wa-ter-marsh grounds) in the conditions of climate change is cited.
