В результате проведенных исследований на территории и в зоне влияния объекта «Строительство второго, третьего и четвертого пусковых комплексов мостового перехода через реку Волга в г. Волгограде» установлено, что в границах полосы постоянного и временного отвода обитает четыре вида редких птиц: орлан-белохвост (Haliaeetus albicilla L.), скопа (Pandion haliaetus L.), беркут (Aquila chrysaetos L.), тювик европейский (Accipiter brevipes Sev.). В рамках маршрутных исследований на территории Природного парка «Волго-Ахтубинская пойма» были систематизированы данные о ранее неизвестных местах обитания редких видов птиц. Общая длина автомобильных маршрутов в пределах полосы отвода и зоны влияния Объекта достигла 43 км, а пеших учетных маршрутов – приблизительно 12 км. Изучены эколого-биологические особенности редких видов, дана оценка состояния их популяций, разработана программа экологического контроля и предложены меры по минимизации воздействия на экосистему при строительстве и эксплуатации линейных объектов.

Monitoring of Rare Bird Species and Measures to Preserve Their Populations in the Area of Influence of the Volga River Bridge in Volgograd
As a result of the research conducted on the territory and in the area of influence of the facility “Construction of the second, third and fourth launch complexes of the Volga River bridge in Volgograd”, it was found that four species of rare birds live within the boundaries of the permanent and temporary allotment: whitetailed eagle (Haliaeetus albicilla L.), osprey (Pandion haliaetus L.), golden eagle (Aquila chrysaetos L.), Levant sparrowhawk (Accipiter brevipes Sev.). As part of the route research in the territory of the Volga-Akhtubinskaya Floodplain Nature Park, data on previously unknown habitats of rare bird species were systematized. The total length of the automobile routes within the right-of-way and the zone of influence of the Object reached 43 km, and the walking accounting routes approximately 12 km. The ecological and biological features of rare species have been studied, the state of their populations has been assessed, an environmental control program has been developed and measures have been proposed to minimize the impact on the ecosystem during the construction and operation of linear facilities.
