Monitoring Russian universities: present and future

The present article focuses on the monitoring reference of the Russian universities on the basis of materials of the United Fund of electronic resources “Science and education”. Analyzed electronic resources of science and education developed by the supporting universities. Examines trends in the development of education and build a forecast of its development for the future.
