General education monitoring: current aspects

In the article, based on the analysis of current scientific literature, a study is carried out of the relevant aspects of the monitoring system of general education, its levels and features are considered. Also, on the basis of the study, conclusions are drawn about the need for the widespread introduction of monitoring as a tool for tracking and assessing the quality of education.
