Monitoring the condition of post-COVID-19 in residents of Osh region in the Kyrgyz Republic

A retrospective cohort study was conducted among patients who had COVID-19 in the Osh region of the Kyrgyz Republic from 2020 to 2022. 20 patients were selected who were admitted at the beginning of each month of the studied years. To identify long-term manifestations of coronavirus infection, a survey of the same patients was conducted in 2024. Statistical analysis was performed with median (IQR); n (%), Wilcoxon rank sum test; Pearson’s Chi-squared test. This model allows you to estimate the p-value of each indicator depending on the severity, by age, by year, and instrumental indicators.
