In the given work results of monitoring of a condition of properties of soils of an arable land of different areas of Republic Tatarstan for the period from 5 till 32 years are presented. Researches have shown, that capacity of an arable layer as a whole on Republic Tatarstan has increased, whereas the maintenance humus, phosphorus and potassium in arable land soils has decreased.
