Monitoring of construction facilities in modern realities

The purpose of the study is to find the most relevant technologies for monitoring construction facilities used in the process of construction, operation and restoration of facilities, including cultural heritage, allowing to identify errors and inaccuracies, starting from the earliest stages of construction, reconstruction, restoration. The process of transition of the construction industry to digital technologies and the integration of data into a single digital space are built, including on obtaining timely and reliable information. The most objective way to quickly and accurately collect up-to-date information on the progress of construction is to use 3 D laser scanning technologies. The author analyzed the main advantages of using laser scanning technologies, the possibility of combining them through a cloud system with design documentation and obtaining a full-fledged information model of the object, the main types of laser construction technologies used in our country at present are indicated.
