Monitoring of transnational pedophilia

The article presents the suggestions for the construction of a common systematic concept for the Commonwealth of Independent States counteracting transnational sexual criminality and criminal sex-industry. The author provides grounds for the introduction of innovation models into the activity of law-enforcement agencies - the institute of interstate investigating-operative groups. The author analyzes the main organizational and legal aspects of international cooperation bodies of criminal justice in the contemporary conditions. Special attention is given to the investigation of the characteristic key elements of anti-criminal technologies in the sphere of selling people for sexual purposes.
