Students contentment monitoring in the system of the university quality management

The article proves the need to conduct a students' survey in the system of quality management of educational activities of the University. It produces the analysis of the questionnaire results of II-V (VI) year students of the entire Mordovia State University according to their contentment level valuation of their study at the university.
