Monoponic power in the labor market: regional aspect

The paper analyzes the problem of discriminating behavior of dominating employers in the local labor market. The revealed correlation between the number of monopolists and the number of complaints submitted to the Labor Inspection of the Republic of Khakassia for the period 2014-2016, also with a certain probability indicates the spread of the phenomenon of violations in the range of labor relations. An analysis of the judicial practice of the region has established that workers are often exposed to harmful substances. However, we do not at all affirm the categoricity of the conducted research, recognizing the need for the development of its methodological apparatus.
