Morality as a basic component of the professional - managerial culture of the public servant

Nowadays, there is an unpleasant situation, when state officials do not control their actions and words which were said publicly, and which do not agree with their actions in reality. This problem is caused by a failure to comply with the framework and norms of conduct that should know and follow every public servant who wants to get favors from people.
