The article investigates the process of formation of legal market society. A special place is given to a market phenomenon as a model of society and, therefore, model of the public morals being a subject of ethics. The authors pay special attention to such concepts as a modern civilization, a democratic form of the power, civil society which go together with personal interest and the market. The market which is making active personal interest, at the same time carries out a role of the democratic state in the democratic country and itself becomes the instrument of democracy.
