It is known from the literature that by age 13, basic operational structure of moral-ethical identity are formed, including moral values and attitudes; to age of 14 it is complemented by a reflection, as the main achievement of the age; and at 15 years, moral self-consciousness as an integrative instance comes into law. However, the development in the following period, which Valeriya S. Mukhina relates to adolescence (15-17 years), and other authors to youth has been little investigated. In this paper, using the I. G. Tymoshchuk test was shown that the total level of moral and ethical responsibility higher among girls, also only 3% of them has low level of this index (boys 19%). In addition, it is revealed that the lower developed moral responsibility, correlates with indicators of dysfunctionality, in particular the misalignment with sexual behaviour attitudes adopted in respondents’ family.
