Bankruptcy moratory: debtor's expectations and reality

The authors compare the moratorium on initiating bankruptcy cases with similar institutions of domestic and foreign law. Identify and analyze the main shortcomings of the Russian rules on moratorium and the advantages provided to the debtor by «moratorium rules». They come to the conclusion that it is necessary to improve the criterion for determining the category of debtors who are subject to the moratorium.
