The author studies the morphological, anatomical and physiological features in wild strawberry leaves in connection with year season. The relationship between the leaves ability to keep water and the genotype of plants in a year cycle of development was considered. It was shown, that control of homeostasis in strawberry plants on the whole and water regime, in particular, occurs by the change in ability of leaves to keep water. The drought resistant varieties have leaves with high ability to keep water in cell colloids. The anatomical structure of strawberry leaves and their functional state due to hydro-thermal regime of year season, but replacement of leaves promote to sustenance of plants in year cycle of development.
