Morphofunctional characteristic of endocrine and mast cells of mucous tunic of duodenum of the posterity of female rats with chronic experimental liver injury

Morphological and functional characteristic of diffuse endocrine cells and mast cells of mucous tunic of duodenum of the posterity of female rats with chronic liver injury were studied. The models of liver injury with D-galactosamine were considered. From the analysis of experimental data it is concluded that in posterity from female rats with chronic experimental liver injury the increase of endocrine cells and mast cells general population and number of cells with numerous secretory granules and low level of degranulation was established.
