Morphfunctional the characteristic cardiohaemodynamics at children and teenagers with a diabetes mellitus of type 1

It is lead echocardiography research of heart in М-, В-and D-modes on apparatus «Aspen» firms Acuson (USA) at 63 children and teenagers with a diabetes of type 1 (DM1) in the age of from 10 till 18 years, with duration of disease from 1 till 17 years. Depending on a degree of expressiveness diabetic nephropathy (DN) patients have been distributed on three groups: 1 -st - normalalbuminuria (n = 24), 2-nd - microalbumiuria (n = 27), 3-rd - proteinuria (n = 12) and 20 person the control group comparable on a floor and age. At children and teenagers with a diabetes of type 1 at development DN the authentic increase in weight of a myocardium left ventriculus and development diastolic dysfunctions which it is impossible to explain only development of metabolic infringements in a myocardium at a diabetes is marked. The revealed infringements depend on presence DN and as consequence of development of an arterial hypertension.
