The anterior interventricular branch was studied in systole and diastole on 30 intravital angiograms with a uniform variant of coronary branching in people of the second period of mature age with a myocardial bridge. A comparative characteristic of the lumen of the anterior interventricular branch in systole and diastole in the subepicardial and intramural sections of the main trunk is presented.
