The study of morphological reactive changes of local lymphatic nodes during intramedullary osteosynthesis with implants coated with titanium and hafnium nitrides was conducted. Experimental - morphological studies on rabbits have shown that by using implants coated with nitrides of IV group metals, reactive changes of the lymphatic nodes are less pronounced and less prolonged. The Restoration of the primary structure of the lymphatic nodes in animals with fixators, coated with titanium and hafnium nitrides occurs already on the 60th days of the experiment, while in the animals with implants made of Medical steel, signs of inflammatory reaction could be still observable on this term.
