Morphofunctional features of erythrocytes in the realisation of adaptive capabilities in pigs under technological stress

The aim of the work is to assess the informative significance of morphofunctional indicators of erythrocytes in breeding sows of the Poltava meat breed under the influence of technological factors, depending on the stage of the stress reaction development. Three groups of sows were identified at different stages of stress: mobilization (I), resistance (II), depletion of protective-adaptive reserves (III). The action of technological factors causes tension in the erythrocyte link and leads to both quantitative and qualitative changes in erythrocytes. In the organism of individuals at the stage of resistance (group II), erythropoiesis organs had a higher adaptive ability. The total number of neutrophils, reflecting the body's reaction to the effect of technological conditions, significantly determined the formation of protective mechanisms of erythrocytes in response to changing environmental factors.
