Morphofunctional characteristics of young oil industry workers of the Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous district - Ugra

Aim. The study aims to determine the anthropometric and functional characteristics of young oil industry workers in the northern region. Materials and methods. This study was conducted among part-time male students of the Tyumen Industrial University (Surgut branch). The study involved 203 young oil industry workers ages 20-35. Results. An age category (from 26 years) with an increased risk of changes in the cardiovascular system was determined. Conclusion. The study of functional characteristics revealed not only a deviation from age-related reference values but also a disturbance of the functions of the cardiovascular system.
