Results of morphohystochemical research of human myocardium of both ventricles in alternate myocardial insufficiency which was developed as a result of fatal contusion of the heart are presented in the article. Changes of ionic structure in a myocardium were revealed which allow to draw a conclusion about the reason of ventricular fibrillation development.
