В настоящее время недостаточно изучена роль некоторых биологических активных веществ при мужском идиопатическом бесплодии. Кроме того, мало данных о возможной положительной экспрессии онкомаркеров в половых клетках при идиопатическом бесплодии. Существует мало научных доказательств для эмпирического подхода в лечении идиопатического бесплодия. Морфологический анализ нормального и патологического сперматогенеза с использованием иммуногистохимических маркеров (пролиферации и апоптоза, факторов роста, эмбриональных, сперматогониальных и сперматоцитарных, локомоторного аппарата) позволит в дальнейшем обозначить вектор патогенеза и поиск адекватного лечения (прежде всего консервативного), а также возможной профилактики.
