Aim of our investigation is to study influence of decellularization process on aortic graft during biotechnology stages to prepare tissue engineering construct for further transplantation. We have been obtained significant differences in decrease of fluorochromes intensity that reflect process of decellularization and decalcification of aortic grafts. Furthermore, our investigation demon-strate ava-ilability of application UV laser (л=248) for biological tissue diagnostics and aortic graft decellularization degrees determination.
