Morphologycal and taxonomycal caracterization of cyanobacteria soda-salt lakes of Transbaikalia

Five cultures of cyanobacteria from soda-salt lakes of the Transbaikalia were isolated. The morphology and taxonomy of its cultures were investigated. The received results have shown that cyanobacteria are one of dominating groups of a plankton and benthic the majority of lakes of Transbaikalia. New species and morphotypes of cyanobacteria was found. On the basis of morphological and phylogenetic data the cultures Cyal and Cya2 are carried to genera Oscillatoria.
