The material of morphological study of the effect of transosseous implants made of 12X18H9T steel coated with NHf+TiN on the parenchymatous organs and heart of the experimental rat offspring is presented. Analysis of the obtained results showed the safety of the long-term presence of the implants in the bone tissue and the negative impact of metal ions on the developing embryos. Morphological study of a number of rat organs in the postnatal period had an intact histological structure without gross destructive and necrotic changes.
