Мorphological and immunohistochemical features of the lien of rats after acupuncture in acupuncture points

In work are investigated in experimental conditions cellular structure of the peripheric lymphoid organ after acupuncture in the points possessing immunoregulator effect. Already through 15 mines after procedure the number of mitosis, number of macrophages and plasmocytes is enlarged. Through 1 h after procedure the number CD4- and CD8-positive lymphocytes in separate zones of a lien is enlarged. The obtained data testifies that acupuncture promotes activation of immunocompetent cells and formation of system immune reaction.
