Morphological changes of soft tissues in the zone of loss and adjacent sites at experimental flegmons

The morphological study was carried out on 12 rabbits with the common phlegmons. The complex therapy in association with local irrigation of the wound with solution of sodium hypochloride directed to the elimination of the inflammatory-destructive lesions had no effective result. While association of the complex therapy with sodium hypochloride and intravascular blood irradiation through morphological features showed fast disappearance of the inflammatory reaction, and earlier development of the proliferative stage of inflammation.
