By means of light and electronic microscopy, the structure of sporogenous and tapetal cells of anthers in fertile and CMS PET1 analogues of sunflower inbred line VIR 109. On literary data and results of our researches, there were found out differences in structure of nucleuses, plastids and mitochondria in studied line VIR 109 with CMS of PET1 type in comparison with other CMS lines of such type.
