Morphological features of the rats myocardium in magnesium deficiency experimental model

Studying morphological features of rat myocardium in the conditions of experimental deficiency of magnesium we revealed changes testifying to development of a chronic inflammation in the vascular wall with the subsequent sclerosis and formation of cardiosclerosis. This process leads to the development of hypoxic damage to cardiac muscle.
