Influence of probiotics on chickens organs functional morphology

The authors investigated an effect of probiotic preparation on the basis of lacto- and bifi-dobacteries on morphological changes of different organs in chickens from 1 to 30-th day of life (liver, kidneys, pancreas, thymus, bursa, spleen, Carder's gland, Mekkel's diverticulum, small and large intestines). It was shown, that the use of «Alift-P» and «Bifinorm» preparations promotes to the increase of chicken live weight gane, but do not effect on intestines length. The preparations have an immunomodulatory action, cause the different histological changes in parenchymatous (liver, kidneys) and peripheral organs of immune system (Carder's gland, Mekkel's diverticulum, cecal appendage).
