This study presents the results of the study of anthropometric data, body component analysis of women in the third trimester of physiological pregnancy, to determine morphological criteria of maladjustment violations and justification of optimal orientation of preventive measures. It was found that the morphological indicators suggestive of adjustment mechanism violation in women in the third trimester of physiological pregnancy are: weight gain of more than 16 kg, the rate of the fat component over 30 %, the total amount of endogenous water in the body less than 50 %. These indicators require the correction of the standard program of prenatal care for women in the third trimester of pregnancy.
