Nowadays studying of microbiological approaches and receptions which are based on the use of potential of soil microorganisms is actual. The research objective is allocation and studying of morphological and physiological characteristics of the silicate and phosphate bacteria allocated from different samples of the soil and corpolites of the Californian earthworm. The comparison of the enzymatic activity of the obtained cultures of microorganisms. The aboriginal choice of strain for further studies.
