Morphometric parameters of table beet plants depending on the cultivation conditions

The results of studies of domestic varieties of table beet in the conditions of the forest-steppe of the Ob region of the Altai Territory are presented. The characteristic of vegetative plants of table beet and root crops during harvesting is given. It was determined that all the studied varieties form a semi-erect, medium-sized rosette of leaves. According to the alignment of the root crop, the habitus of the rosette of leaves, the varieties Fortuna and Mulatto were distinguished in our studies.
