Winter swimming as a way of improvement the life quality

In article physiological and mental processes of participants of a marathon distance in the conditions of high cold loadings are considered. It is established that as optimum for achievement the good results in winter swimming it is necessary to recognize an experience of "”winter swimming” from 2 to 8 years. The physiological norm was gone beyond by participants with an experience 1 years and skilled “walruses” - with an experience more than 10 years. It is shown that in the conditions of high cold loadings the vegetative indexes received by means of physiological measurements will be coordinated with indicators of psychological tests and work is interfaced.
