Fraud in transactions for the disposal of real estate using an electronic digital signature

In this article, the author examines the understanding and significance of an electronic digital signature when making transactions for the transfer of rights to real estate in electronic form. In particular, it examines the question of what risks may arise when using electronic means of identification of an individual, as well as what responsibility is provided for the misuse of an electronic signature.
