This article analyzes such a crime as fraud in the field of business activity, specifies the objects, subjects of this crime, and also specifies the object and subjective sides. The definition of the concept of "fraud"is given. The concept of the object of crime is analyzed, and the classification of objects fixed in the theory of criminal law is given. The author establishes the differences between the general composition of fraud and such a specific crime. In this work, attention is also paid to the concept of someone else's property, and the definition of this concept is also given.
