The motion of hate or damage as a sign of crimes

The article is devoted to the concept of motives of hatred or enmity in the criminal law of the Russian Federation. The author notes that in theory and practice no recommendations have been made how to implement criminal defense on the grounds of "any social group", which also determines the nature of the motive of hatred or enmity.
