Motivation and stimulation of government personnel

The article considers the essence of motivation and stimulation of the work of public servants, gives motivating and demotivating factors, determines their impact on the effectiveness of public servants, and on the basis of the examined theoretical and practical provisions, an analysis of the current system of motivation of public servants is carried out.
