In the conditions of innovative development of any enterprise, a rational management organization is the basis of its effective activity, while human resources and potential remain the main source, engine and reserve of any changes. The article considers changes in the system of motivation and stimulation of personnel in the context of innovative development, in the direction of creating intangible benefits by employees. Modern managers should create conditions that increase the efficiency of the company's personnel and their involvement in the implementation of corporate tasks, ensuring transparency of management approaches and motivation, while it is advisable to use an individual trajectory for each organization.
