Motivation and stimulation of personnel labor activity in the conditions of digital transformation of society

The article examines the changes occurring in the system of motivation and incentives for personnel in the context of the digital transformation of the economy and society. The essence of motivation for the work activity of personnel is revealed, within the framework of the competency-based approach, a classification of the concepts of motivation and stimulation of work activity of personnel in the enterprise is presented. The necessity of stimulating the organization's employees in the direction of increasing digital competencies by increasing their qualification level is substantiated.
