This article is devoted to the specific question of motivation and stimulation in management, considered in the literature, as well as in theory and in the practice of modern life. In the world of my generation, or rather in the world of gadgets, motivation and stimulation play a major role in management. A person working in this field should make all possible efforts to create an ideal management, since management is in the first place in all areas of human activity. For the management system to work perfectly, you need to create an effective model of motivation, because motivation forces a particular person or a certain group of people to achieve personal and collective goals. In this paper, I want to disassemble and explore the theoretical part of the basics and gradually analyze the types of motivation and incentives. To achieve this goal, general scientific research methods were used in the limit of logical and comparative analysis. In the results of this work, the initial moments of the process of motivation and stimulation in management were revealed. Motivation and stimulation of work activities of personnel is an ideal method for competent management of the reward system so that the organization effectively achieves its goals. That is, these are the processes of satisfaction of physiological, psychological or social needs, which activate behavior and create an incentive aimed at receiving encouragement in the course of labor activity. Motivation and incentives for staff - the main part of the personnel management of the enterprise. Let us share the two most important concepts that are used in real work - this is motivation and motivation of staff. Motivation to work is a complex of guiding forces, forcing a person to work. Stimulation is very different from the motivation in a person's work activity. The difference is that stimulation is the main driving force by which motivation is obtained. My research objective is the main direction of perfecting the motivational mechanism in the "Berkat" supermarket. The subject of research is the organization of motivation and incentives in management. For the result of the goal in this work, the following tasks were set: - discover the concepts of motivation and labor incentives; - conduct a small analysis of theories of staff motivation; - describe the main types of motivation and incentives for staff; - characterize the supermarket "Berkat"; - make an analysis of the system of motivation and simulation of the work of the staff of the supermarket “Berkat”. The structure of this article consists of an annotation, introduction, content, conclusion and bibliography.
