Motivation of innovative activities of teachers

The article is devoted to the study of the features of innovative activity of teachers. The author reveals the essence of staff motivation and its specificity in relation to employees - teachers, defines the components of the motivation system. The main directions and components of innovative activities of teachers are described, the need for motivation of their innovative activity on the part of the leadership of educational organizations, as well as the need to develop internal motivation of teachers for innovative activities related to personal qualities and abilities are argued.
