The function of motivation, in relation to practical management, is to influence the person and encourage him to work effectively. But the situation is complicated by the fact that each person is different in their preferences, and there is no uniformity in the motives that determine his behavior. It is often difficult to understand what motives are decisive in a person’s behavior. The method of S. Ivanova on determination of individual motivators of the person by means of which it is possible to make the actual map of motivators of a certain employee of the organization works effectively in this direction.
