Motivation as a factor of ICT-competence building of administrative and managerial personnel of a university

The present article is concerned with the efficiency of different types of motivation, structure of a motivational kernel of administrative activities, the experiment, which defines the characteristics of motivation to learn and to use information and communication technologies in professional activities, features of motivation of the administrative and managerial personnel of an advanced age.
